Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Assist customers with product information, account details, and troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet team targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions to improve performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
