Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Listen to customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize service processes and improve customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Willingness to learn new software and adapt to changing policies.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
