What You Will Do:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in our database systems.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateās degree preferred.
- No prior customer service experience requiredātraining provided.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
