Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately using our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Document all interactions in our ticketing system with detailed notes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and soft skills training
