- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to meet team goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
