- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- No prior customer service experience required; full training provided.
