- Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges within our CRM database.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to help improve our service metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attend daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory for our entry-level positions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and fast typing speed (35+ WPM).
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
