- Document all customer interactions and issues accurately in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify common trends and improve service solutions.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GCSEs or A-Levels preferred).
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (remote or hybrid options available).
