- Guide customers through our products and services, ensuring a deep understanding of features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets regarding customer satisfaction scores and sales metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
