Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional service and identify upsell opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
