- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to improve overall service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required (college students welcome to apply).
- No prior customer service experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection are required.
