Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet daily performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate)
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No prior experience necessary – we train from scratch!
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigation, MS Office)

- Reliable transportation to downtown San Antonio office
