Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training modules
- Contribute to team performance metrics and quality goals
- Support special projects as assigned by the Customer Experience Manager
