Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information and service inquiries.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems.
