Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming customer calls and inquiries with a friendly, professional tone.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal database.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in a CRM system to track issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace and filing systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Stay updated on company policies and product knowledge through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (College students welcome).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if remote.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
