Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately
- Document interactions in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with team to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Participate in ongoing skill development workshops

Qualifications
