Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on solving problems efficiently.
- Input and verify customer information into our internal database systems to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping departments to track order status and resolve delays.
- Operate standard office equipment and software applications (CRM, spreadsheets).
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace to ensure workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (20+ WPM).
