Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process and verify orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications and shipping details.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation departments to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details in our CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation and compliance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and contribute to team goals.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
