Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Enter, update, and verify customer data into our proprietary CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of interactions and activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist in organizing office operations and maintaining a professional workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior professional experience is necessary; we are looking for raw potential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
