- Complete 4-week paid training program covering communication protocols and product knowledge
- Manage inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce CRM system

- Contribute to monthly performance improvement initiatives
- Participate in cross-departmental shadowing sessions

Qualifications
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics (Grade C/4+)
