Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account troubleshooting.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and product knowledge.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
