Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Learn and utilize our internal customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate customer databases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
