Responsibilities
- Delight customers with friendly, professional assistance in-store
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stock inventory
- Answer product knowledge questions and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train our team!
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
