Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor to ensure a welcoming and safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Keep inventory records up to date and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
