Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, escalating complex cases to the supervisor when necessary.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and service troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (college students welcome).
- No prior customer service experience necessary; we provide full training.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote options apply).
