- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
- Learn and utilize our CRM software and internal systems for data entry and tracking.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer needs and potential product improvements.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we provide full training and mentorship.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
- Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
