Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service issues efficiently and effectively.
- Process new customer orders and maintain accurate records in the internal CRM database.
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve daily performance targets and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process enhancements.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to upskill on company products and policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred but not required.
