Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls and resolve inquiries efficiently using our CRM software.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer complaints with empathy and solutions.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to company safety protocols.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating web browsers, and email).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures quickly.
