Responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries and provide accurate information about community programs
- Assist walk-in clients with service applications and documentation
- Input and maintain client data in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client concerns
- Participate in daily training sessions to master service protocols
- Support community outreach events on weekends (2-3 times/month)
- Contribute to process improvement suggestions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary - training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, internet navigation)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
