Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person assistance and phone support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory counts and merchandise receiving procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Learn and execute company policies and operational procedures
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training sessions
Qualifications
