Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, shipping, and product issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service workflows
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (call resolution, CSAT)
- Identify process improvement opportunities for leadership review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with minimal errors
