Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist with processing customer orders and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a professional environment.
- Learn and utilize company software and databases under supervision.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to new clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
