- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain the sales floor in pristine condition to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Learn and demonstrate a thorough understanding of our company policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo a standard background check.
