Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, account queries, and troubleshooting issues.
- Document all interactions accurately and efficiently within the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Stay updated on company policies and product updates to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
