Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to effectively upsell and cross-sell services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced schedule.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
