- Engage with prospective clients via phone and email to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain the value proposition effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute strategies for meeting daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in daily team huddles to align on goals and share market insights.
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web browsers and email platforms.

- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus office location.
