Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking
- Assist in developing project roadmaps and timelines
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Support implementation and testing of new systems/processes
Qualifications
- Recent Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
