Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence and phone calls, with a professional demeanor.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications, including reports, memos, and presentations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, meetings, and team building activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, expense reporting, and inventory management.
- Support senior staff with ad-hoc projects and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
- Previous office or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we train the right candidate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on grammar and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Must be willing to work on-site in our Baltimore, MD office.
