Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for the organization, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Market Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies and market disruptions to predict future industry shifts.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product, and Executive leadership, to drive innovation initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the strategic allocation of resources to maximize ROI on long-term projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Agile Adaptation: Monitor progress and adjust the roadmap dynamically in response to changing market conditions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or high-level product strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think several years into the future and plan for long-term impact.
- Tech Savviness: Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Automation, and Web3.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with experience engaging C-Suite executives.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems in ambiguous environments.
