Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and email channels.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging directly with the Los Angeles community.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Support content creation efforts, including drafting blog posts and newsletters.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future strategies and reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales and client success teams to support outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week).
