Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Assist in drafting and editing blog posts, social media captions, and email newsletters to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with audiences on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to build community and drive traffic.
- SEO & Analytics: Support basic SEO efforts by researching keywords and analyzing website traffic data using Google Analytics.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Event Coordination: Help coordinate and promote local marketing events and webinars.
- Graphic Design Support: Collaborate with the design team to create simple graphics and visual assets for campaigns.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of current social media trends, memes, and platform-specific algorithms.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
