Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies for social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Assist in SEO keyword research and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Create compelling blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials that drive engagement.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visual assets and graphics.
- Manage and moderate community interactions to foster a positive brand image.
- Support the coordination of local marketing events and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark).
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Must be available to work full-time hours in Columbus, OH.
