Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement using basic analytics tools to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the customer success team by responding to inquiries via email and live chat with a focus on timely and professional service.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for our products in the South Florida market.
- Help maintain the company blog and optimize content for SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual assets and copy for digital campaigns.
- Prepare weekly reports on marketing activities and key performance indicators for management review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
