Responsibilities
- Execute SEO optimization strategies including keyword research, on-page improvements, and technical audits
- Manage social media content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter for 5+ client accounts
- Create engaging blog posts, email campaigns, and ad copy using HubSpot and Mailchimp
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Assist in developing marketing funnels and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
- Collaborate with design team to produce branded digital assets
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and algorithm changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of digital marketing internship or professional experience
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media scheduling tools
- Strong writing skills with portfolio samples (blog posts/social content preferred)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page updates
- Excellent analytical thinking and data interpretation abilities
- Passion for sustainability or tech industries a major plus
- Authorized to work in the United States
