Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our operations. You will ensure that orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. We value hard work, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with 99% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for warehouse driving tasks).
