Responsibilities
- Engage & Consult: Conduct product demonstrations and engage with prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Training Execution: Participate in daily training sessions to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Meet Targets: Consistently achieve daily and weekly sales goals to drive company revenue.
- Client Retention: Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to the training team to help improve our onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable; attendance is critical for team training.

- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and CRM software is a plus.
