Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process shipments with precision, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (experience in logistics is a plus).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Documentation: Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Driving: Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory for all roles.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn new skills through paid training.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety instructions and operational logs.
