Responsibilities
- Master our proprietary customer support software and product knowledge
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior agents on complex issue resolution
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in weekly feedback and improvement sessions
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score during training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Available for full-time training schedule (9am-5pm M-F)
