Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot software/hardware issues using proprietary systems
- Document cases accurately in CRM platform
- Collaborate with engineering teams for complex escalations

- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops
