- Troubleshoot Issues: Assist clients with basic technical troubleshooting and guide them through common software solutions.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Training Compliance: Actively participate in all provided training modules and mentorship sessions to master product knowledge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the IT and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Process Improvement: Identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to our support workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy, strong typing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attitude: A positive, patient, and solution-oriented mindset is essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
